Refund & Returns Policy

FootiFi LLC (“FootiFi,” “we,” or “us”) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how to return products, request refunds, and handle warranty claims.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If your footballs arrive defective, damaged, or fail to meet order specifications, you may return them within 15 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Items: If we ship the wrong product or quantity, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Non-Defective Returns: Custom-branded orders, large-volume packs, or non-stock items are not eligible for return unless defective. Standard match and training balls (unbranded) may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided they are in original, unused condition.

2. Warranty Coverage

  • 3 Month Limited Warranty: All FootiFi–sourced balls carry three months warranty against manufacturing defects (seams, bladder, materials).
  • Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, improper inflation, deliberate tampering, or normal wear is not covered.

3. Return & Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Email support@footifi.com with your Order Number, SKU, quantity, and reason for return.
    • For defects, include clear photos or video showing the issue and batch number if available.
  2. Obtain RMA Authorization:
    • We will review and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2 business days.
    • RMA expires 7 days after issue; please ship by then.
  3. Ship the Products:
    • Pack securely in original cartons.
    • For defective or incorrect items, FootiFi covers return shipping. For non-defective returns, you are responsible for shipping costs.
  4. Inspection & Refund:
    • Upon receipt, we inspect the items within 5 business days.
    • If approved, we issue a refund (minus any restocking fee) via your original payment method within 15 business days.
  5. Replacement Option:
    • For defective balls, you may opt for a free replacement rather than a refund.

4. International Returns

  • DDP Shipments: If you received DDP delivery (USA/UK/EU), FootiFi will provide pre-paid return labels for defective items only.
  • Customs & Duties: For international returns, any duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment for non-defective goods are your responsibility.
