Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FootiFi website and services (the “Services”). By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Buyer,” “you” or “Customer” means any person or entity placing an order with FootiFi.
  • “FootiFi,” “we,” “our,” or “us” means FootiFi LLC.
  • “Products” means any footballs, accessories, or related goods sold by FootiFi.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  1. Quotation Requests: All orders begin as a Request for Quote (“RFQ”). We will issue a written quotation valid for 30 days.
  2. Order Confirmation: Your order is accepted only when we send you a written Order Confirmation.
  3. Minimum Order Quantities: Custom orders require a minimum of 200 units unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

  1. Prices: All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD), FOB Sialkot, Pakistan, unless otherwise specified.
  2. Volume Discounts: Automate at 5% off for 500–999 units and 10% off for 1 000+ units as detailed in your quotation.
  3. Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation; 50% balance due upon presentation of shipping documents.
  4. Late Payments: Past-due amounts incur interest at 1.5% per month (18% p.a.) or the maximum permitted by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to your designated U.S., UK, or EU address with a 4 – 6 week lead time.
  2. Track & Trace: We will provide shipment tracking details once your order ships.
  3. Risk of Loss: Transfers to the Buyer upon delivery at the named place (Incoterms 2020).

5. Specifications & Compliance

  1. Certificates & Reports: We provide FIFA Quality/Quality Pro certificates and ISO test reports upon request for the order where applicable.
  2. SDS & Safety Data: Material Safety Data Sheets are available via our portal or upon request.
  3. Failure & Replacement: Defective batches must be reported within 10 days; replacements are shipped at our cost within 15 days.

6. Returns & Warranty

  1. Warranty: 3 month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
  2. Returns: Non-defective Products may be returned only with prior written consent and a 20% restocking fee.
  3. RMA Process: Contact support@footifi.com for authorization and shipping instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, trade dress, and design rights in or related to FootiFi and its Products are owned by FootiFi or its licensors. No license is granted except as necessary to use the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootiFi’s total liability for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable order. In no event shall FootiFi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FootiFi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the date of the change. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
